What I do in my leisure time?

In my free time, I like to be active and enjoy life. I exercise regularly and frequent the gym as it is important for me to keep fit and feel energized. I also walk a lot in the fresh air, because it helps to relax and recuperate.

In addition to physical activity, I like to spend time with friends - we often meet to chat, share impressions or just drink coffee together. I love to travel, even short trips bring me a lot of bright emotions and new experiences.

Sometimes I just enjoy the tranquillity at home, watching movies or doing self-development. This is my way of maintaining a balance between activity and rest.

My typical day
